What is Debian?
Debian is a free operating system (OS)
for your computer. An operating system is the set of basic programs
and utilities that make your computer run. Debian uses the Linux kernel (the core of an
operating system), but most of the basic OS tools come from the GNU project; hence the name GNU/Linux.
Debian GNU/Linux provides more than a pure OS: it comes with more
than 13000 packages,
pre-compiled software bundled up in a nice format for easy installation
on your machine. Click here to read

100% free software system for all common tasks that non-profit
organization need. The project aims to to provide this functionality
in a integrated and documented stable free desktop environment.
What is Morphix?
Morphix is a modular Linux distribution providing the main tools
available in Linux from a bootable CD-ROM drive. It is based on
Debian but runs off a CD-ROM drive without affecting any of the
contents on the hard drive so it's perfect for previewing Debian and
GNU/Linux.
How Do I Begin?
TO
START: Insert this CD into your CD-ROM drive and then
reboot. The only requirement is that your computer is set to boot
using the CD-ROM device. Data on your system is not touched, unless
you specifically state it.

resources are all linked to the left. In particular, you can report
